Will you use this car for business?
Cars used for business purposes require a different type of policy than those used solely for personal use.
If you use your car for both business and personal purposes, select Sometimes.
Examples of business use:
- Visiting customers or clients
- Transporting business tools or products (e.g., tradespeople, sales representatives)
- Ride-sharing services like Uber, Ola, and Zoomy
- Delivery services such as Uber Eats, fast food delivery, or couriers
- Shopping trips
- Visiting friends and family
- Going on vacation
- Commuting to and from work (without using the car for work-related tasks)
Has your car been modified?
We do not insure cars with any of the modifications, customisations, or accessories listed below.
If your car has any of these, you must inform us. Failure to do so will result in your claim being declined, and your policy may be cancelled or avoided retroactively from the date you did not disclose these modifications. If your policy is avoided, it means your car was not insured from that date.
Excluded modifications:
- Suspension changes
- Internal engine modifications
- Modified engine management systems
- Roll cage
- Racing harness
- Specialised paint or paint effects
- Specialised interiors
- Aftermarket fitted turbo or supercharger
- Boost controller
- Carbon fibre panels
- Door modifications
- External wastegate
- Alternative fuel conversions (petrol, diesel, LPG, etc.)
- Gearbox upgrade
